Are all your products authentic?
Yes. All items are always 100% authentic, brand new, and never worn.
How do you determine the retail value price of your merchandise?
The retail value is the price that an item may be offered on a regular basis in the US or abroad before any discounts, sales, or promotions. In determining retail value, we rely on information provided by our vendors and on market research. All of our items come brand new with tags. In most cases, these tags still have the original shop retail prices still attached and you’ll be able to compare first hand. Please note that we cannot guarantee that an item is being sold at the indicated retail price in any particular location at any particular time.
Do you provide measurement information?
Sure. We understand that online shoppers sometimes prefer to have the exact measurements of an item. We provide industry standard measurements for all items that have different sizing. When browsing an item, simply choose your size and click on the measurements section to view the applicable measurements for that size.
Some items are in European sizes and others in US sizes. How do I know my size?
We have a comprehensive sizing conversion chart to help you determine your size in any size scale. You can view the sizing chart page by clicking on the View Size Charts link in every product page. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use these charts as a general guide to compare the various size scales. For exact fitting details, you can use the measurements we provide to compare with your own body measurements.

Is my credit card payment secure?
Of course. Niftyfits.com uses industry standard SSL 128-bit secure encryption for payment processing. Credit card charges are completed by WorldPay Global Payment Solutions, a leading online payments processor. We recommend that you always make sure you are in a secure page when typing credit card information. A secure page will have an address beginning with "https" instead of "http". Do I have to register an account to make a purchase?
No. We understand that online shoppers sometimes just want to make a quick purchase. However, there are several benefits you’ll receive from registering an account with us. Registering with us will allow you to:

- Choose to receive (or not receive) email updates and promotions from us
Why am I asked for my phone number during checkout?
During checkout, you will be prompted for your telephone number. We require you to include your phone number for delivery purposes. We ship with insured courier and they require a contact number in case nobody is available to sign for the package. Can I change an existing order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed and paid.
I received the wrong items or a wrong color/size. How can you fix this?
In the unlikely event that you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with prompt service to resolve this problem. In the event that Niftyfits.com is responsible for a return (i.e. Niftyfits.com ships an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged), Niftyfits.com will be held responsible for return shipping costs incurred for the original order, as well as outbound shipping costs associated with a replacement order provided you are still interested in receiving the item and the item is available in stock.

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on total order value. Please refer to the tables below for details.

Where do you ship to?
Niftyfits.com ships worldwide. If for any reason we are not able to ship to your location, we will contact you within 48 hrs with an explanation and issue a full refund back to your credit card.
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We use UPS Courier for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Box addresses.
How will my order be shipped and can I track my package?
All packages are shipped with UPS insured courier service. Shipping charges include all packaging and insurance charges. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from date of payment. Orders completed over the weekend or on official holidays will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email from our system with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

I want to return my item. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not charge any restocking fees for returning your order. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have its original tags. Returns for underwear, swimwear, and jewellery are not accepted. All returns should be authorized by us before the item is sent back. You will be provided with a return authorization form and number. Returns must be made with a shipping method providing tracking number and insurance.
When will you process my refund?
The balance will be refunded within 3 business days from receiving the item at Niftyfits.com offices. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within three business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Can I exchange an item?
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return the item and place a new order online for an alternative product.
