Return Policy
We offer a 100% refund policy if you are not satisfied with your order. We do not charge any restocking fees for returning your order. Returns must be done within 14 days of the reception of the package. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have its original tags. Returns for underwear, swimwear, and jewellery are not accepted. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 3 business days from receiving the item at niftyfits.com offices.
All returns should be authorized by us before the item is sent back. You will be provided with a return authorization form and number. Returns must be made with a shipping method providing tracking number and insurance.
Exchange Policy
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return the item and place a new order online for an alternative product.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All packages are shipped with UPS worldwide courier service or Canada Post, depending on your location and availability in our warehouses. Shipping charges include all packaging and insurance charges. Packages are shipped the following day after payment is complete and estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. During checkout you will be asked to provide a contact phone number for delivery purposes. We take your privacy very seriously and your phone number will never be distributed or used for any other purpose.
Orders completed over the weekend or on official holidays will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email from our system with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Ship to Locations & Fees
Niftyfits.com ships worldwide. We use UPS Courier for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Box addresses. Shipping charges are based on total order value. Please refer to the tables below for details.
