Payments
We only accept Paypal payments and money orders. Paypal is fast, secure, and free to make a payment. Please note that for money order payments we will ship out your package as soon as the funds clear. ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS PLEASE. We ask that you make your payment within 1 week of your purchase.
Buyers must use the link below to complete checkout. You will be redirected to our checkout system where you can choose your payment method and confirm your address. If you are the winning bidder of our auction, you will receive a winning bidder notification email that also includes this checkout link. PLEASE make sure you checkout through our checkout system. Otherwise, your order may be delayed as we will have to manually retrieve it and process it.
Shipping
All our packages are shipped with EMS insured courier service. Shipping charges include all packaging and insurance charges. Packages are shipped the following day after payment is complete and estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days. Orders completed over the weekend or on official holidays will be shipped out the next business day. Once your parcel is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email from our system with tracking information.
We only ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and select countries in Europe. Buyers from other countries PLEASE contact us before bidding and we will provide you with a shipping quote if we can to your destination. For a complete list of countries that we ship to, please click here.
During the checkout process, you can include your telephone number. Although this field is not required to complete checkout, we strongly encourage you to include your phone number for delivery purposes. We ship with insured courier and they require a contact number in case nobody is home to sign for the package. We take your privacy very seriously and your number will not be used for any other purpose.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a "no-questions-asked" refund. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase and we do not charge any restocking fees.
Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll refund the entire amount (less shipping charges) back to your account. Paypal payments will be refunded back to your Paypal account. Payments made via check or money order will be refunded via postal money orders. If you are returning the item because of an error on our part (e.g. we sent you the wrong size or wrong model), we'll cover all shipping fees.
Please contact us before sending back the item and we will send you simple return instructions and a return authorization number for your order.
