How much is shipping to my location?
Please use the shipping calculator link in every product page to calculate exact shipping charges to your country. We charge exactly what EMS charges for courier delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. For a complete list of shipping prices, to please use the shipping calculator link in each auction to calculate shipping to your country. If your country is not listed in the calculator, we are sorry but we are not able to ship to you.
I want to buy multiple items, can you give me a better deal?
If you are interested in 4 or more of our items, please contact us with the specific item numbers and we will gladly consider offering you discounted pricing for your order.
How will my order be shipped and can I track my package?
We ship with EMS Worldwide Courier. We only use courier service to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your package. Shipping charges include full insurance. Once your order is handed over to EMS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with online tracking information. Shipping time varies between 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Sure. We ship with courier service and shipping is weight based. During checkout, you will receive a combined shipping price for all your items depending on the total weight of the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Paypal, certified money orders, and certified cheques for eBay purchases. Please note that for orders paid with money orders and certified cheques, we will ship out the order once the funds clear.
I don't like my purchase. Can I return it?
Sure. We offer a "no-questions-asked" refund policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 1 week of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. (Less shipping charges) Please contact us if you would like to return your order and we will send you simple return guidelines and provide you with a return authorization number.
I received the wrong item or a wrong color/size. How can you fix this?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with several options to resolve this problem. If you want to return the item, we will refund you entire purchase price (including shipping charges) and refund your return shipping fees as well. If you still want your original item and we still have the item stock, we will provide you with a return address and incur all return shipping charges for the order you received. We will ship out the correct package to you promptly and provide you with a discount coupon code for your next purchase with us. We are also open to any partial discount discussions in case you are interested in keeping your order, so please contact us if anything is wrong with your order and you can be sure we will do everything in our capacity to keep you satisfied.
How will you process my refund?
Paypal payments will be refunded back to your Paypal account. Payments made via cheque or money order will be refunded via postal money orders.
Are all your products authentic?
At Niftyfits, we buy from reputable agents and distributors who guarantee the authenticity of their merchandise. Rest assured we are not out to scheme anyone. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return it for a full refund.
How come your prices are lower than retail?
We are a designer discount broker. We source merchandise from designer outlets, tradeshows, and sample sales to provide you with the latest fashion at below retail pricing. There are many other factors that also allow us to sell at lower prices. We would tell you, but then we would have to hire you. :)
